The raw, unprocessed mother rhizome of the turmeric plant. Preferred by manufacturers and processors who do their own polishing or grinding. Ideal for large-volume domestic and industrial buyers.

The finger (secondary rhizome) with one round of polishing to remove surface roughness. Clean, uniform appearance. Popular in domestic wholesale markets and for general culinary use.
